R & D Resurfacing, Inc. was established in 1994 in Westfield Indiana by Rick and Erin Gibson. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University. Rick has 33 years of experience in commercial, industrial and residential coatings, overlays and surface preparation. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Marketing and Management from Indiana University, Bloomington. Erin has 26 years experience in sales and marketing.
